Edition of Saginaw, our local upscale senior living community, is finished with a major expansion of 59 new independent living cottages.
Edition of Saginaw’s Senior Living Cottage Residences
The newly constructed Fort Worth-area cottages for rent range from 647 to 1,614 square feet, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom plans available.
With this expansion, Edition of Saginaw now has 58 senior rental cottages total, giving more seniors the freedom and flexibility to live in a setting that combines privacy with community amenities and services.
Continued Growth for a Continuum of Care
Our campus covers nine acres and offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The 57,000-square-foot building for both types of long-term care houses 71 senior apartments near Fort Worth, ensuring seniors have access to appropriate levels of care as their needs change.
The community has continued to evolve since 2021 and its grand opening in April 2024.
